ASHLEIGH L. AMBURN, ADVISOR

Ashleigh shares her two decades of marketing, sales, and coaching experience with ABA clients focused on driving rapid sales growth and doubling or tripling the organization’s annual productivity. Building upon her distinguished career in banking, mortgage sales, and personnel management, Ashleigh locks arms with her clients to, together, reach extraordinary goals. Her coaching mantra is, “Life is a scoreboard!”

Ashleigh has run large branches for big corporations, but most enjoys the one-on-one connections with her associates and clients building smaller companies and organizations with important missions. Passionate and loyal to a fault, Ashleigh has created a Raving Fans Club everywhere she has worked, especially with her coaching clients she has had the honor to serve.

PAUL MEYER, ADVISOR

WORK EXPERIENCE      


Senior Advisor, 412th Test Wing Commander   2014 - 2018         

 Created unique, cost effective, and innovative solutions to fill a critical fighter aircraft pilot and maintenance manpower shortfall in support of the KC-46A test program.   Led the planning, resourcing, and execution of 30+ additional manpower years for the maintenance and operational support of the test program at no cost to the program; greatly enabled the Department of Defense’s highest priority program to meet mission readiness.  


Flight Officer, United Airlines 1996 - Present 

 Over 14,000 hours of operational experience in all areas relating to domestic and international operations in all continents worldwide.  Experience in solving systematic, personnel and operational problems in worldwide arenas such as Europe, China, India, and Africa.  Extensive practice and execution of flight operations mastering aviation, navigation, and communications systems in the remote and austere regions of the South & North Pacific, Atlantic and North Pole. 

 Well balanced aviation portfolio with multiple-year basing experience in the country’s most dense and complex aviation regions: Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Denver, Washington DC, and New York.  


Vice Commander, Air Force Test Center   2014 

 Assisted the commander in the management of three large Air Force installations, three major test ranges, 35,000 personnel and an $31B annual budget. Managed the status, collection and information distribution of all flight test programs to Air Force and Congressional decision-makers.    Assisted the commander in the execution of the daily headquarters staff operations during both routine and emergency response management operations for three geographically dispersed major organizations across the United States.   Reinvigorated the Test Center strategic goal execution through redefining organizational objectives.   


Inspector General (IG), Air Force Test Center & 412th Test Wing   2012 – 2014 

 Handpicked to lead the standup of the first IG office.  Designed and initiated complaints resolution and inspection program oversight for three major installations, 170 units and 35,000 personnel.   

 Spear-headed the inauguration of the IG program, effectively resolved 100+ complaints and conducted 40+ IG commander briefings for 55 AF units, 29 tenant units and 11,000 personnel. Effectively managed organizational complaints preventing mission disruptions and unit distractions.  


Commandant (Dean), Air Force Test Pilot School    2012 

 Fulfilled reservist wartime mission by providing a temporary mobilization to fill a critical active duty command shortfall.  First reservist to serve as commander.  Masterfully instituted curriculum changes after a transport aircraft accident and averted major organizational disruptions. 

 Skillfully conducted and authored 20+ officer performance evaluations and multiple promotion recommendations during the annual summer duty change cycle.  Ensured vital duty performance data was effectively captured and accurately documented for Air Force promotion boards.  


Instructor Pilot & Professor, United States Air Force Test Pilot School 1992 - 2012 

 Conducted ground and flight instruction for our nation’s top military and allied pilots, navigators, engineers and combat systems officers on aircraft qualifications and developmental test techniques. 

 Upgraded instructor staff pilots on curriculum instruction in the Test Pilot School’s most difficult missions including weapons delivery, dissimilar chase support and Space Shuttle approach training.

 Reorganized reserve cadre into a focused, motivated, and mission-driven group; doubled the participation among the existing cadre.  Provided manpower solutions critical for TPS maintaining departmental head staffing and directly contributed to the school’s developmental test mission.
